The buyer has the right to request a return or exchange of a product within 14 business day from the date of receipt of the order.

Condition of Returns

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

- be unworn, undamaged and unused

- contain all original labels and tags

Products that show signs of use will not be accepted for return of exchange

Exceptions to the right to return

- The following products are not subject to return or refund: gift cards and/or products purchased at a discount or during a sale, unless otherwise stated
